Pass It On: Sacar na mBan follows the journeys of three football clubs competing in the top tier of women’s football in Ireland throughout the 2023 season. This 4-part series, narrated by Peter Coonan, reveals all the drama on and off the pitch, the rollercoaster ride that is a season in the LOI Women’s Premier Division.

The series focuses on two of the top women’s teams in the country Peamount United and Shelbourne F.C., who battle it out for the championship, while Galway United, a new entry to the league with a young squad and a new manager, are battling to prove the doubters wrong.

Pass It On: Sacar na mBan begins in the dark January nights at pre-season training, continues through the nerves and excitement of the first match of the season and follows the journeys of these players and teams right through to the seasons end with the champions being crowned in November.
